Established to provide accommodation and care for persons who require nursing or personal care, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, sensory impairments, behaviors which challenge – providing support for adults from the ages of 17 to 65 years.

Model of Care: Single person accommodation providing 1:1 staffing as core minimum ratio for 15 hours per day with shared waking night support between the four (4) apartments. Two apartments are on the ground floor and two apartments are on the first floor. An external platform lift has been provided for disabled access to the first floor.

Accommodation: Four (4) single person apartments each comprising of: Lounge, Bedroom,

Shower /wetroom and WC facilities, separate kitchen – Specialist ‘tough’ furniture provided throughout. The building has been built entirely internally in solid block therefore there are no stud or cavity walls making the internal structure much more resilient to acts of property damage.
