We are looking for a full time Senior Support Worker who is motivated and enthusiastic. In return we can offer you between £10.14 to £10.65 per hour. We also offer a refer a friend scheme and an employee assistance programme.

As a senior support worker you will need to be organised, Pro active and caring with a keen eye for detail. You will lead a small team of people whilst maintaining health and safety standards, developing support plans, providing feedback to your team and supporting them with their performance.

You will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business and adaptable to meet the nature of the role.

You will organise your team on daily basis whilst providing a high standard of support yourself to maintain service standards.

Supervisory experience in health and social care is required for the post, preferably within mental health/LD/Autism services.
