As a support worker you will need to be committed, proactive and empathetic.

The role involves promoting dignity and creating opportunities for service users. You will follow support plans and communicate effectively to support individuals to maintain a meaningful lifestyle.

You will need to have a good standard of English and Mathematics and a degree of self awareness. You will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business which will require working weekends

You don’t need to have any experience or qualifications, we have a full induction programme and an unrivalled commitment to free training and development but you do need to have a real interest in people, a willingness to learn, and empathy for others. You will however need to share the same values as us
