Aspire In The Community achieves Affiliate Organisation status with Maybo:

From April 2021 CQC expects regulated NHS Commissioned services across health and social care, who provide complex needs care, where restraint may be used, to adhere to the new Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Training Standards.

At Aspire we began working towards this expectation early in the new year and are now proud to be able to say we are amongst the first Complex Needs Care providers to achieve Affiliate Organisation status with Maybo. This means we can deliver BILD ACT Certified Maybo training programmes to our staff at Aspire.

Our team has worked hard on our Positive Behaviour Support and Reducing Restrictive Practice Strategies this year and their work recognises commitment to these standards. With the support of Maybo this achievement, provides evidence of our organisational goals to achieve genuine inclusion, engagement and collaboration for the people we support.
