Male Support Worker
We are currently looking for Male Support Workers to join our organisation, who are enthusiastic, passionate and reliable
Successful applicants would enable individuals to live independently within their own home. You will be working alone but will be part of a regular Support Team. You will have a person centered approach to supporting people with their day to day living in order to provide a caring, safe and effective service that is responsive to the needs of the individuals we support. This will include providing support with meal planning and preparation, household tasks, and maintaining relationships with their family and friends. You will also need to have a full UK driving license

You will have experience of working with people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder’s, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health. Experience of working with individuals with an Acquired Brain Injury could be an advantage. Full comprehensive induction and training is provided including the Care Certificate. You will receive ongoing training to increase your knowledge, and support your personal progression and the opportunity to work towards a QCF in Health & Social Care
